A space to practice the art of healing in community.
This ticket reserves your spot for a 3-hour monthly in-person healing workshop devoted to embodied, experiential practice and healing in community. The Wound Care Workshop is where we slow down, tend to the raw material of our wounds, and learn how to hold space for ourselves and others—with compassion, presence, and skill.
We will workshop the application of somatic practices, breath-work, nervous system repair, spiritual insight, and guided reflection. You’ll leave with tools you can use well beyond the workshop—and the felt sense of having been truly seen.
